Perfect Construction are looking to speak with Chartered Building Surveyors in Lancashire.

We are recruiting for a Chartered Building Surveyor for a Practice of Building Surveyors located in Lancashire.

Our client are currently working on some very exciting projects hence the expansion.  These projects include large residential schemes and also large refurbishment projects. They are looking to recruit an experienced Chartered Building Surveyor to join their team.  You must have a minimum of 10 years of post-qualified experience.  Our client prides themselves on standing out from the norm, but with a focus on delivery of their product to the highest standards.  So they pride themselves by being on budget, and also on time.

The successful Chartered Building Surveyor will take the lead of a wide range of projects.  These are from small bespoke projects, too large scale and ongoing works.

Your skills and experience will be within:-

Residential and Commercial Building Pathology.

Residential Refurbishment.

New Build Project Management.

General Project Management.

Building Surveys.

Experience of Land and Property valuation is an advantage.   Along with knowledge of Landlord & Tenants, CDM experience.  Also a basic AutoCAD knowledge or other similar drawing packages.

 

This is a full time permanent position.  A competitive salary of up to £45,000.   With bonus potential and genuine career progression with a view to becoming a partner in 5 years for the right candidate.
