Help Desk Team Members Durham Area
Perfect Construction are looking to speak with experienced Help Desk team members in the Durham area. Because of an increase to business our client, who is a successful family run Maintenance company are looking to recruit an additional Help Desk member of staff to join their team.
The successful candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience in an Admin apprenticeship or in a similar environment. You will be pro-active and also have an excellent telephone manner. Our client is looking for a confident and approachable individual. This candidate will also have the ability to speak to a range of people from Customers, clients and also Subcontractors. An understanding of different trades would be a great advantage. Duties will include but not limited to telephone work, administrative work and allocating jobs to subcontractors.
This a full time permanent position working 37.5 hours per week. Shift patterns will consist of 8am – 4pm & 9am – 5pm. Staff benefits include; holiday pay, pension, free staff parking and also additional training.
Salary up to £18,000 depending on experience.
