Perfect Construction are looking to speak with Project and Contract Managers based in Manchester
My client is looking to recruit a Project Manager to manage a Government Green scheme for a successful Render company located in Manchester.
The successful candidate will have previous experience as a contracts / project manager, with rendering experience being desirable. You will have an eye for detail and have the ability to manage a heavy work load, this role will require you to manage up to 15 projects at a time, with a worth of 1 million per year. You will be required to complete all necessary paper work for each project as well as manage and liaise with subcontractors and other departments within the company.
This is a full time permanent position, initially starting at a 15-month contract. A company van will be provided; a full clean driving license is essential for this role. Salary up to £35,000 with achievable bonus scheme in place. Working hours are Monday – Friday 8am – 4.30pm.
