Perfect Construction are looking to speak with Construction Project Managers. Our client is a growing joinery company located in the Preston area, due to growth they are looking to recruit a jobs manager to work closely with the Director on a day to day basis.
The successful candidate will have worked in the Construction industry managing and planning works. The duties include but aren’t limited to:
Managing quotes and estimates
Liaising with customers
Business development and sales
Design – CAD experience essential
Ordering of materials
On and off site job management and planning
Negotiating prices with suppliers.
You will have at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role with a proven track record as well as good knowledge of the Construction industry and be able to communicate well with Customers, Trades staff and suppliers. You will have excellent computer skills alongside Project Management experience. It is essential that the successful candidate will be able to work well on their own and use your own initiative to ensure all tasks are completed within the allocated time frame.
This is a full time permanent position, contracted to 40 hours per week. Salary £25,000 – £30,000 depending on experience. Benefits include pension, staff parking, holiday pay, and birthday day off each year.
