Perfect Construction are looking to speak with Wet Trade Engineers in the North East. Our client, a family run Maintenance company.  This company is looking to expand their team so on the search for a Wet Trades Engineer for commercial works

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years’ experience in the following.

Tiling and plastering.

Experience in Brick works would be of an advantage. You will have the relevant qualifications for this role.  Whether this be from a full-time college course or through an apprenticeship.

Our client is looking for someone with a great work ethic and a can-do attitude and also must be an excellent team player. Due to the nature of the business you will be required to travel anywhere in the North East and Yorkshire areas.

The role is predominantly Monday – Friday shifts with 1 out of 9 on call rota. You may be required to work on planned weekends, notice will be given for this.

Our client is looking for a candidate who is looking to grow and progress within the company, there are excellent scopes of progression and training opportunities.

This is a full-time permanent position contracted to 40 hours per week, with paid overtime. Staff benefits include uniform, PPE and company van provided. You will require you own hand tools.


Due to the nature of the clients you will be required to go through DBS clearance and have a full clean driving license. Our client will consider a candidate who hasn’t got a clean license but is willing to use their own van for travel, with mileage being reimbursed. Hourly rate up to £13 per hour depending on experience.
